  • Is ZUMBA or other SPECIALTY Classes included in the LBD Project?  ...  YES!  You may use your weekly sessions for our other programs as well, when available.  (Or purchase the separate registered program at a great price if you are wanting more than 3x per week)  
  • How will I be getting the material for The Little Black Dress Project? ... Once you sign up for the program you will receive an email with all of the details on how to get started and what you need to bring to your session. Everything is accessed through a Private Member's Page on our website.  You'll easily be able to access the content anytime from your computer or phone.  Print the materials if you want, or we have some books printed for you if you prefer (at an extra charge)
  • Is this program suitable for vegetarians? ... Sorry! This program is not suitable for vegetarians.
